Prepare for the outdoor cooking season with a special live-fire cooking demonstration led by Head Chef Matthew Briddon, a renowned specialist in live-fire cuisine. This workshop takes place on the scenic restaurant terrace of Iford Manor Kitchen.
At Iford Manor Kitchen, wood and charcoal-fired cooking is a daily practice, using the Bertha grill as a centerpiece. Chef Matthew Briddon, who was instrumental in bringing Meatopia to the UK and has frequently showcased his skills there, will share his expertise during this engaging session.
The workshop is designed to equip participants with all the tips and techniques needed to master live-fire cooking, whether using a BBQ, Big Green Egg, Bertha, or other live-fire equipment. Additionally, Chef Briddon, an experienced butcher and Master Charcutier, will provide insights into crafting homemade sausages, a tradition practiced at Iford Manor.
The day includes refreshments, a sumptuous lunch in the Iford Manor Kitchen restaurant, and all necessary materials and ingredients for the workshop.
