To submit your event to the Visit Bath team, please complete the form below giving us as much information as possible. Please note that once your event has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the Visit Bath team and either accepted and uploaded or rejected within 2 weeks.

IMPORTANT: Events will not be accepted without high quality images. Please include ONE quality landscape image of 1220 x 715 pixels. If the image submitted is NOT in a landscape orientation and of the correct dimensions then your event submission will be rejected.

When uploading an image, please be aware that there is a file-size limit of 2MB, and try not to use images featuring text. You must ensure that you have permission to use the image on a third party website, as it may be shared in various places on the Visit Bath website and social media channels. Please avoid using text and logos on images wherever possible as the website automatically crops to difference sizes in different parts of the website. If this is unavoidable ensure any text is towards the centre of the image, please contact us for advice once your event is submitted.

Other important tips:

- To improve search engine rankings, please include 500 - 800 words on your event.

- Please ensure that your event description is written in third person only. 

- Please include a contact email address or phone number. 

- Please include the name of the venue of the event in the title, to help maximise impact e.g. Festival at Royal Victoria Park. 

- Please do not use capital letters as titles and sentences. WE DON'T WANT YOU TO SHOUT. 

- Please note that event submissions can take up to 2 weeks to process, so please allow for this when submitting.
