Tucked down a Georgian alleyway just a few steps from Thermae Bath Spa is The Soul Spa, a space dedicated to total relaxation of your mind, body and spirit.

Sound Baths 

Visit the Soul Spa to experience a unique 30 or 60-minute Deeply Relaxing Sound Bath (no need to get changed - you won’t get wet!). Bathe in the vibrations of the crystal bowls for a deeply immersive mind-body experience, right above the healing thermal springs of the city. 

30-minute sessions run daily at 12pm, 2pm, and 4pm every day of the week. The daily 60-minute guided relaxation and sound bath session starts at 5pm every day of the week. 

You can also book a range of therapies, including acupuncture, Reiki, hypnotherapy, energy healing, Tarot reading and mediumship, to name but a few, to complement your sound bath. For therapies, please contact the therapist directly here.

Dream Odyssey

This brand new relaxation experience consists of a 20-minute guided virtual reality journey using TRIPP VR headsets every hour on selected days of the week. See website for availability. 

Soul Spa Saturday Nights

Every last Saturday of the month, you can experience a guided relaxation and sound bath led by a guest practitioner for £30 per person. The event runs from 17:00-19:30.

Book the whole session for your group of up to 8 people for £200.
