Campwell Farm

Perfect for groups, Campwell Farm is split across two sites and has a mix of cabin, yurts and bell tents - Cotton Breeches can sleep 12-16 people and Frys Wood can accomodate 14-20 people). Both sites have their own timber facilities, including hot showers, kitchens, USB charging points, fire pits and hammocks.

Applegates Glamping

Farrington's Family Glamping

Just 10 miles outside Bath, this family-friendly campsite has a selection of luxury bell tents, which can sleep up to four people and are equipped with real beds, solar lighting and a firepit. 

The site itself has a play barn, outdoor farm park play area, straw pool and nature trails. There's also a nearby farm shop to stock up on local fresh produce, a café and a fish & chip shop.

Avon Valley Adventure Park Camping

Located on the site of Avon Valley Adventure & Wildlife Park, a stay at this campsite includes entry to the park and its many attractions, from a miniature railway and mini Jeep safari to animal encounters, climbing walls, an adventure playground and lots more! There are paddleboards and kayaks for hire and lessons available on the nearby river.

There are a range of pitches including grass, pre-pitched safari tents and Nordic bell tents with private wood-fired hot tubs. Campervans and motorhomes are also welcome. The site also has a range of facilities including hot showers, fire pits for hire and an on-site bar and burger kitchen. The campsite also allows dogs if you want to bring your faithful friend with you!

Basecamp at Mendip Activity Centre

Set in beautiful countryside in the Mendip Hills just a short drive from Bath and next door to Mendip Activity Centre, this is the perfect spot for an adventurous getaway during the school holidays. Choose from a range of activities for ages four and up, including frisbee golf, snowboarding, tobogganing, climbing, kayaking, archery and much more.

The campsite also has a shop, coffee lounge and a licensed bar on site, as well as a toddler play area, live entertainment and fire pits to rent. You can camp where you like and check out anytime, allowing you a relaxed and flexible break. Friendly dogs are also welcome on the site.

Basecamp also has bunkhouse tent for up to six people and indoor lodge room for up to 9 people. Just bring a sleeping bag!

Bucklegrove Holiday Park
