4. Go Behind-the-Scenes of Bath's Heritage Museums

Bath Heritage Services manage many of the city’s museums and historic public buildings, including the Roman Baths, Victoria Art Gallery, and Fashion Museum Bath.

Constructed in around 70AD as a grand bathing and socialising complex, the Roman Baths is one of the best-preserved Roman remains in the world. Victoria Art Gallery is an art lover’s paradise, housing a collection of paintings, sculpture and decorative arts. 5. Discover Thermae Bath Spa

Thermae Bath Spa is an award-winning natural spa where you can now bathe in Britain’s only naturally warm, mineral-rich waters as the Celts and Romans did over 2,000 years ago. Spend a few minutes discovering is wonderful spa virtually, with their ‘A Day in the Life of Thermae Bath Spa’ video.

6. Take to the Skies on a Virtual Balloon Flight

Bailey Balloons offer magical balloon rides over Bath, with stunning views of the city. Join them on a virtual balloon flight in this short film, which showcases one of their wonderful Champagne balloon flights.

7.  Have a Virtual Day Out with Jane Austen

Jane Austen called Bath home from 1801 to 1806, and the city provided inspiration for two of her six published novels, Northanger Abbey and Persuasion. While you can't currently learn about her life at The Jane Austen Centre, you can take a trip around the city with Jane Austen herself.

10. Go on a Safari Adventure

Longleat is the UK’s original safari park and is home to over 1,200 animals. While Longleat is currently closed to visitors, you can enjoy a virtual adventure from the comfort of your own home. The virtual tour follows the drive-through route through the Safari Park, where you’ll meet Longleat’s big cats, including their famous lions, as well as rhinos, camels, ostriches, flamingos, vultures and antelope.
