About

The Bear Inn is an historical building, once a brewery dating back to the 1770’s and is situated in the area of Bear Flat, a 10 minute stroll from Bath City Centre, with a car park for hotel residents and an a la carte breakfast.

Business or pleasure? All their rooms are equipped with nothing but the best modern amenities: Smeg kettles, Nespresso coffee machines and mini fridges, plus flat screen TVs so you wont miss your favourite show. There is also free Wi-Fi to keep you quickly connected.

Relax in a free standing bath or under a waterfall shower, on a super soft mattress under cotton sheets, or in a bespoke armchair.

Every room has something different to offer, even one with a balcony, all maintained with brand new '80s style fixtures and fittings.

The team offer a range of services, whether it be laundrey or a taxi, but if you need anything else, please don’t hesitate to ask them.

Sunday Lunch

With several vegetarian and vegan options on the menus and gluten-free options available on request, the kitchen can cater for most dietary requirements. There is also a delicious children’s menu.
