About
Grays is a family-owned and run boutique bed & breakfast in a quiet, convenient location in central Bath.
With stunning views across the city to the famous Royal Crescent, Grays is set in a large, welcoming 140 year old Victorian villa in a quiet residential area on the city's southern slopes. There is complimentary on-site parking, whilst being just a gentle 12-15 minute walk from the centre of the city and 10 minute walk from the rail and bus stations.
Each of the 12 bedrooms are individually decorated and designed in an eclectic style with all the comfort of a luxury small hotel but retaining an intimate, homely feel. The décor has a calming and relaxing feel whilst Grays' have retained many of the building’s original features from the Victorian period.
Each bedroom features comfortable beds, Goose-down duvets and pillows, high quality linens, as well as modern en-suites with power showers, large fluffy bath towels and luxury Caroline Henry of Bath toiletries.
Breakfast is served in the light-filled conservatory. Guests can choose from a wide choice of cooked and/or continental breakfast options as well as vegetarian options. The ingredients used for breakfast are top quality and, wherever possible, locally produced. Their Free Range eggs come from Paxcroft Farm, Hilperton, just a few miles from Bath. Their bacon & sausages come from Ruby & White in Somerset, sourced from pigs raised in local farms.
