With three elegant townhouses in the very heart of our great City, Bath Spa Stays provide comfortable and spacious accommodation where guests can enjoy the delights of the city and call home.

The Roman Baths, Pump Rooms, Abbey, Thermae Spa, excellent restaurants and eclectic shops are just a short walk from each property. Staying at one of our houses allows you plenty of time to experience Bath in full.

Each house is tastefully decorated, with spacious living areas, well-equipped kitchens, and beautiful bedrooms with super comfortable beds. To maximise the flexibility of sleeping arrangements, single beds can be joined into super-king and comfortable futon beds and cots are provided.

The price is adjusted depending on the number of guests making the properties great value accommodation.

Perfect for groups of family and friends to enjoy the delights of the city and celebrate special occasions together.

Dog Friendly Accommodation

Charlotte's Townhouse: (5 bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms – sleeps up to 17 guests)

Dating back to 1840 with many original features, Charlotte’s Townhouse house gives a real feel for life in the Georgian City & a touch of the Regency experience.

Mignon House: (6 bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms – sleeps up to 17 guests)

Located in a peaceful square overlooking the Roman Baths and the Abbey. Mignon House dates back to 1740. In 2022, Abbey Green was used for the filming of Bridgerton.

Tylney House: (4 bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms – sleeps up to 12 guests)

Set over 3 floors, this Georgian townhouse was designed by the famous architect John Wood and a friend of Jane Austen, Earl Tylney, lived here. Jane Austen visited the house.
