Nothing brings on the Christmas spirit quite like a day of baking! In this special Festive Baking Course, participants will learn how to create sensational seasonal treats that the whole family will enjoy, while also acquiring valuable basic bread-making skills to use year-round.

Cranberry & Orange Brioche
Malted loaf
Homemade mincemeat and mince pies
Expert tutor Andy will demonstrate the techniques for each recipe, and he will be available throughout the course to provide tips and troubleshooting as participants dive in and try their hand at the recipes. Each of the three doughs has its own distinctive characteristics, and this course will equip participants with an understanding of how each dough should feel and what makes it 'tick,' ensuring confidence in recreating these recipes at home.
In addition to the breads, participants will make homemade mincemeat and use it to bake delicious mince pies. They'll be able to take home a jar of mincemeat, which, after a couple of weeks, will have matured to be even more scrumptious—just in time for Christmas baking.
At the end of the day, participants will leave with their own delicious creations, along with a course booklet containing all the recipes and guidance notes. The day also includes a fabulous lunch.
