Simi of Simi's Kitchen Bath teaching a cookery class

About

Simi's Kitchen offers Middle Eastern Cookery Classes, Catering and Demo & Dine in Bath.

Simi's classes are suitable for all levels and offer a memorable experience of authentic food and the famed hospitality of the region. Simi is an enthusiastic teacher, author, and tour guide who loves to share her knowledge of food. She uses ingredients grown on her organic allotment, and taught and assisted at Demuths Cookery School for 14 years and is a specialist in vegetarian food.

Simi teaches Middle Eastern classic cookery in monthly fixed classes on Saturday mornings, or bespoke classes at a time, date and menu of your choosing. The most popular classes are Persian feast, sharing plates, spicy world food, curries of the world and vegetarian classics.

Classes are more akin to a meal at a friend's house than a formal class. Each begins with drinks and nibbles, and culminate in a feast of what has been made, including salads, yoghurt, pickles and drinks.

Simi offers bespoke catering - you let her know your dietary requirements and she puts together a menu for you. Whether it's a hen party or romantic couple's getaway, your special meal is prepared with great care and delivered for you to enjoy in your accommodation.

If you'd like a bit of both lessons and catering, Simi also offers Demo & Dine. You will learn how the dishes for your feast are made in a two hour class, followed by a meal, making it a perfect activity for hen parties.

Simi's Kitchen caters for vegan, vegetarian, omnivore, gluten and dairy free diets. Email simi@simiskitchen.co.uk for more details.
