The terms and conditions found here relate to the most recent competition on visitbath.co.uk and its associated channels.

1. Competition is open for entries between Friday 8 November 2024 and 2:00pm on Friday 29 November 2024. Entries must be received by 2:00pm on Friday 29 November 2024.

2. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and will be notified by email on the competition closing date. 

4. In the event of non-acceptance or the winner not responding within 24 hours of being contacted, Visit Bath reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry.

5. Prize includes a one-night stay for two people sharing a four-poster king size bedroom at Brooks Guesthouse Bath on Saturday 21 December 2024, with two glasses of Prosecco, a delicious cream tea including two scones and two slices of home-made cake, and tea, coffee and a box of chocolates in your room. Also includes breakfast the following morning and a late check out. The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

6. Prize includes a skating session for two at Bath On Ice at Royal Victoria Park on Saturday 21 December 2024, available for either of the following slots: 15:30-16:30, 18:00-19:00. The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Skate aids are not included in the prize, and must be purchased ahead of time if required. 

7. Prize includes dinner for two up to the value of £60 at Sally Lunn's Historic Eating House from 7pm onwards on Saturday 21 December 2024. The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

8. Prize includes two tickets in the Dress Circle for the 5pm performance of the 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarves' festive pantomime at Theatre Royal Bath on Sunday 22 December 2024. The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. 

9. Travel and any associated costs are not included.

10. Competition is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over. If the winner selected lives outside of the UK, Visit Bath reserves the right to select a new winner. 

11. If opted in at the time of entry, entrant details may be shared with third party prizegivers. You can unsubscribe from any marketing communications at any time.

12. All prizes are strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary value.

13. Entry is not open to employees of Visit West.

14. The winner’s details will be passed to all prize givers for prize fulfilment. 

15. The Editor's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

16. Visit West will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

17. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control we reserve to right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

18. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending an email to web@visitwest.co.uk.
