About
Judged Bath's 'Best Restaurant' in 2022, at Noya's Kitchen, Vietnamese-born Noya combines her culinary and artistic backgrounds to create authentic, home-made and beautiful Vietnamese dishes.
The simple lunchtime & evening menu changes often, using seasonal ingredients and locally available produce. Dishes are fresh and zingy, often including Vietnamese favourites such as pho, summer rolls, dumplings, Vietnamese curries and noodle dishes. Lunches are served Tuesday to Saturday and in the evenings from Tuesday-Thursday & Saturday.
Noya runs her sell-out Supper Clubs on Friday nights: a fun, informal dining experience with a set menu of five delicious courses. Everyone eats at the same time and you’ll discover what’s on the menu when Noya introduces the dishes in person on the night. If you have a larger group of friends or family, Noya's private dining room is the perfect option. Advance booking is essential!
Noya's monthly cooking classes are currently paused, but visit her website for updates. They are perfect for Vietnamese and Asian food lovers to learn how to make four dishes from Noya herself. Classes are small, informal and fun, and you'll learn cooking skills as well as how to balance the flavours typifying Vienamese cooking. Advance booking is also essential.
