Victor's Lair escape room at House of Frankenstein

About

Are you brave enough to take on the challenge of these gruesome escape rooms at Mary Shelley's House of Frankenstein?

Victor's Lair

Welcome to Victor Frankenstein’s creepy attic quarters strewn with insane equations, strange artefacts and miscellaneous body parts.

The clock is ticking for you to unlock the mysteries of an unhinged mind and, more critically, your way out to freedom.

Victor is close to unlocking the mysteries of life and requires just a few key components to fulfil his maniacal quest. Having coerced you into his quarters with promises of “riches beyond your wildest dreams”, it’s actually your vital organs he’s after!

The Escape Room is a multiple puzzle-based game suitable for groups and families with older children. Maximum of six players per session.

The Shallows

Rumours of a hideous conspiracy linked to unethical human research, deep within the dank basement shallows of 37 Gay Street, are proving reliably credible. You’ve gained unauthorised access to The Shallows only to discover the rumours are a great deal worse than ever imagined. Who is the shadowy world order, what is their ultimate goal? Time is running out for you to uncover the truth, save yourself and possibly humanity itself!

Maximum of four players per session.

Please be advised, the escape rooms are dark disorientating areas with some confined spaces and may not be suitable for those who suffer with claustrophobia or have a nervous disposition. Special effects, audio and flashing lighting are used throughout and therefore may not be advisable for those with photosensitive epilepsy.

Tickets

Prices from £27.50 per player. All tickets include entry to Mary Shelley’s House of Frankenstein museum.

Tickets for the escape rooms are separate to the main House attraction, but you will be able to explore the award-winning, multi-sensory museum afterwards, including the option to enter the horrifying walkthrough experience in the basement.

There's also the option to have a go at the Body in a Suitcase puzzle game, where you have 45 minutes to solve the riddle and identify who lies within and why.

Party package

- Victor's Lair Escape Room (maximum of 6 players per session) or The Shallows Escape Room (maximum of 4 players per session)
- Entry to Mary Shelley's House of Frankenstein main attraction
- Exclusive use of Bloody Mary's Bar for 1 hour
Plus
- Free bottle of fizz on arrival (or alternative complimentary drink)
- Dedicated character host

Price from £35 per person, minimum party size 3.
Out of normal opening hours parties may be subject to an additional charge.

The party package can be tailor made for the size of your party. If you would prefer not to have use of the Escape Rooms, the team can offer The Body In A Suitcase Game & price according to your party size and requirements.
